Happy Easter!

Just like last year we were able to celebrate Easter here with our great friends for an egg hunt and brunch at the Intercontinental Expo. There were a TON of eggs hidden!! The kids all went crazy and had fun :)

Run, Rilynn, Run!!!

Check out the eggs!!

Brady and Brycen are pretty much the only 2 boys in our group. The rest of the kids are girls. Here is a picture of Brady 'playing' with girls! LOL

Rilynn with her buds, Saria and Aoife

Just wanted to show her our new rides here.. LOL!! These were parked outside the hotel.. We see a lot of nice cars here!

For Brady's class I organized an egg craft, egg hunt, and did a book reading. They had a lot of fun!

And they're off!!

Princesses, here we come!!

We've been promising the kids for years that when they are 6 and 4 we would go to Disneyland. Well, never would have I ever imagined in would be the Hong Kong Disneyland, but never did I think we'd be living in China!

We had their Easter break coming up and we decided to wait and surprise them up until the night before we left. I bought a Cinderella dress and a Buzz shirt and handed them to the kids and asked where we said we'd go once they were old enough. Sure enough Rilynn blurted out, "Disneyland" right away!

The flight was only about 2 hours. Which was a nice break from all the LONG flights we are used to taking!

We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel right near the park and took a shuttle over.

Day 1- spent a half day there and stayed until the evening and watched the fireworks.

Special day for Rilynn- They had 'reserved' princess seating where they found girls throughout the park and let them sit in the special area to view the parade.  Rilynn was one of the lucky girls!!

The princess float stopped right in front of the girls and gave all their attention to the princesses for a song! Rilynn loved it!
Then they pulled the girls out to dance in front of the float.
The kids were excited meeting all the characters so we spent most of our time trying to see everyone! They also each had their own autograph book for everyone to sign.

Day 2- Woke up early for the character breakfast we booked for them. Both kids really enjoyed it!

Each character there came by every table to see the kids. Was great since we didn't even need to leave!

Off to the park for the whole day.
Rilynn was in princess heaven here!!! The best part of this trip was seeing the kids' face light up :)
TWINS!

BUZZ!!!

This was cute.. Brady had just came out of the bathroom and spotted Buzz across the way. He ran all the way over to him and shook his hand :)

Some chinese gals wanting to take a picture of our princess :)

Rilynn's highlight of the trip- We came over to visit Belle and were told we had just missed the cut off. So we were standing there watching her and when she was done, she grabbed Rilynn's hand and asked if she wanted to walk with her. Rilynn was in heaven!!!

And ended with a big hug!!

Next, we boarded a ferry boat from Hong Kong and took the hour trip to Macao. It was supposed to be the 'Vegas' of China

Our comfy seats on the ferry

We stayed at The Venetian while in Macao for 2 nights. The hotel was absolutely amazing!! Totally forgot we were actually in Asia still :)

One of the 5 pools they had at the Venetian

It was just like the Venetian in Vegas

Random man on stilts at the hotel :P

The kids have got the 'China pose' down!!

We then walked around Macao and checked out some of the other hotels. There was a Wynn, MGM Grand, and Hard Rock. We saw a dragon and water show at the Wynn hotel, which the kids liked.

From Macao, we had to hop back on the ferry and went back to Hong Kong to fly out.

I think the kids had an amazing time and was worth waiting for!!
